LALO

LIFE AFTER LITTLE ONES

Is a fun, supportive community for parents navigating life after kids.

For the in-between moments — when you’re grateful, exhausted, laughing, missing parts of yourself, and trying to figure it all out at the same time.

This is a space for connection, reflection, and community —
because caring for yourself is part of caring for your family,
and life feels lighter when you don’t do it alone.

Pull up a chair. You belong here.

Why Does LALO Exists?

Kids Playing Upside Down

Because life doesn’t go back to normal after kids — it changes.

LALO exists for the parts of parenthood we don’t talk about enough.
The identity shifts. The quiet grief for who you used to be.

Because parenting was never meant to be done alone.

LALO exists to bring people together around real stories, shared experiences, and honest conversations about life after children arrive.

This blog isn’t about advice or perfection.
It’s about connection — reading something and thinking, “Yes. That’s exactly it.”

Because becoming a parent doesn’t mean disappearing.

LALO exists to hold space for the version of you that still wants to think, feel, dream, and connect — alongside loving your children deeply.

This blog is a collection of thoughts, stories, and gentle truths about navigating life after little ones.
No fixing. No pressure. Just reflection, honesty, and shared humanity.

Meet the people behind LALO

We’re parents, partners, and people, learning who we are after little ones.

When we first had children, something shifted — and we didn’t have the words for it.

We loved deeply, yet felt lost and disconnected, with no one to say, “This is normal" or to simply take us out for a chat...

LALO was born from that space.

A belief that no one should navigate this alone — because life is better when it’s shared, and the more the merrier.
